What happens at the assessment?

Within confidential sessions, I offer meaningful support for you explore your problems and find a way to tend to what matters most in your life: your relationships, mind, emotions and what you dream of or hope to build upon too.

It is your opportunity to tell me what has prompted you to seek counselling now, and to ask me questions about our work together. It is your opportunity as well to find out whether you feel comfortable working with me.

It is my opportunity to gather some general information and assess risk. It is my opportunity to explain how I work and to explain the client about contract including: confidentiality, boundaries of our work, fees, frequency of sessions, cancellation policy, holidays, breaks and ending.
